Delivery Policy – Here's What You Need to Know 

At REFRACTt, we’re all about making sure your order gets to you as smoothly as possible. Here’s how it works:

Products sold directly by Refractt are shipped within 1 working day.

1. Delivery timelines for REFRACTt Pieces:

  • Dubai: Delivered within 1–2 working days.
  • Other Emirates: Delivered within up to 3 working days

Delivery Fee: AED 30 across the UAE. 

Once your order is ready to go, our team will contact you via text or call to schedule a delivery time that works best for you.

Shipping for Partner Brands

  • Products from brands listed on our platform may have different shipping timelines.

  • Please refer to each brand’s individual product page for specific shipping information.

2. Shipping for Partner Brands:

  • Need it ASAP? We offer same-day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 12 PM, subject to driver availability.

  • Contact us before placing your order to confirm same-day delivery availability.

3. Remote Locations

  • We deliver across the UAE — even to remote areas like Dibba, Liwa Oasis, Ghayathi, and Al Madam.

  • Deliveries to these areas might take a little longer than usual, but rest assured, your order will arrive safely.

4. Scheduling 

1.3. Sometimes, life throws curveballs (like bad weather or delays on the delivery side), so your delivery might take a bit longer. Don’t worry though—we’ll keep you in the loop if that happens and tell you the new estimated delivery date.

1.4. Please double-check your address when you place the order—accurate details = smooth delivery! We can’t be held responsible if there’s a delay or wrong delivery because of an incorrect address.

1.5. Risk of loss and ownership of the items you purchased will transfer to you once the items are delivered. So, once it’s in your hands, it’s all yours!

1.6. Take a good look at your order before signing for it at the door. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so check it over for any issues first.

1.7. Once you sign for the order, we assume everything’s good to go! But if there’s a problem with the product, hit us up right away at contact@refractt.com. We’ve got your back.

1.8. The original packing material is super important in case you need to return a faulty product. If you ask us to dispose of the packaging, though, it’ll make returns more difficult, even if there’s an issue with the item. So, hang onto that packaging just in case!
